A 52yr old female came to casualty with pain abdomen once in 2-3 days since 1 month.
History of Presenting illness:
patient was apparently asymptomatic 1 month back then she developed pain abdomen in left lumbar and right hypochondrium and umbilical region once in 2-3 days,which is incidious in onset,gradually progressive. No aggravating and relieving factors.
PAST HISTORY: patient has H/o dysmenorrhea 14yrs back for which she was on medication and pain relieved.
H/o hypertension 13yrs ago,on tab.Telma.
H/o ovarian cyst diagnosed and operated 9yrs back.
H/o abdominal distention lyr after surgery i.e 8yrs back for which she was consulted and advised to do physical exercises, walking.
8yrs nack she was diagnosed with incisional hernia.
